Calibrations
- EGT – Haltech.cal
- Lambda Sensor – Haltech.cal
- Pressure – Haltech 10 Bar.cal has been updated to include pressure unit changes. The old version cal file has been renamed to ‘Pressure – Haltech 10 Bar (Firmware v1 00 – v1 06) .cal’

Upgrading your ECU to the 1.07.2 Release firmware will enable the following features and fixes which are outlined below:
Platinum Pro Series
Pro Harness 350Z & R35GTR
No New Features
Pro R32 & Pro DC5
New Feature list
- Power steering input enable for the DC5 is now a user setting.
- Added aux rev limiter.
- Zero TPS Setting.
- It is used for zero TPS fuel table, zero TPS ignition table, idle control and decel cut as a method for detecting zero throttle.
- Added a zero TPS hysteresis setting.
- Decel Cut
- Decel cut time delay is now a table.
- Decel cut changes no longer allows Decel cut RPM to fall below a user definable offset above the target idle RPM.
- Air con RPM & TPS hysteresis values removed. Replaced with one time hysteresis value.
New inputs
- Added a clutch switch input.
- Added an A/C load switch input.
- Power steering switch input.
- Gear switch input. Increments gear number every time the switch is pressed.
- Gear position sensor input. The voltage of the input determines the gear.
- Gear Detection.
- Added number of gears setting.
- Gear type setting. Provides the ability to choose which input source to use for determining the current gear. (Vehicle speed – Using a ratio of speed & RPM, gear position sensor, gear switch).
New Ouputs
- 2 x TPS switch output.
- O2 heater output. Outputs a 3kHz, 50% duty cycle signal between cranking & 3500 RPM.
- Added intercooler spray output & input. Additional output to indicate that the intercooler spray output is on. Output may be used for a dash light.
New calibrations
- Gearbox oil temp.
- Diff oil temp.
- Coolant pressure.
- Frequency MAF.
- Air con pressure.
- Power steering pressure.
- Added an ACF on intake cam target table to allow different cam angles when the ACF output is on.
New display channels
- Engine acceleration.
- Delta MAP.
- O2 control diff from target channel. (target – actual).
- Fuel consumption when in VE tuning mode.
- Added a trigger angle offset table.
- Added a zero TPS fuel table.
- Added a ignition post start offset table.
- Added DTC error codes.
- Idle control open loop ignition correction table size has increased.
Fixes
- Initialisation of PWM outputs is fixed so that if it is initialised and not used (PWM Function None) it goes to the correct state.
- Fuel & oil calibrations fixed to bring calibration page and channels units into matching units. If the standard Haltech calibration for a supported sensor has been used, then the corresponding new calibration file will needed to be re-loaded to update your sensor calibration. If you have created a new calibration, then calibrations for these sensors have to be re-entered again in this new revision of software. The pressure axis will need to have 101.3 kPa (14.7 psi) added to your old calibrations to convert to the new calibration format.

Upgrading your ECU to the 1.06.1 Release firmware will enable the following features and fixes which are outlined below:
Platinum Pro R35 / 350Z
New Features
- Added a 10 second wait from engine start before Decel Cut will work.
- Knock control with long term ignition trims.
- Long term fuel trims.
- MAP out is now based on a separate calibration. This so that the input can be based on any MAP sensor while still outputting the factory calibration. (R35 only).
- MAF input can be disabled.
- MAF output can be switched to a voltage output table.
Platinum Pro R32
New Features
- Removed the need to reset the ECU with a changes of certain settings.
- Flat shift now has a minimum RPM & TPS.
- Knock control with long term ignition trims.
- Long term fuel trims.
- Zero TPS Setting.
- Zero throttle ignition now uses the zero TPS setting to determine when it is in use.
- R32/R33 ECU now looks at both factory knock sensors.
- Increased dead time table size.
- Barometric pressure sensor can be put on the user definable analogue inputs.
- Injector current setting.
Platinum Sport 1000 / 2000
New Features
- Thermofans turn off when engine is cranking.
- Added a fuel flow sensor.
- Added a coolant pressure sensor.
- The load axis can be set to either MAP, TPS or Load-Fuel on the generic duty table, open loop boost table & target AFR table. This is done in the Table Setup page.
- New Injector Differential Pressure channel.
- Fuel Pressure Type setting. Choose between MAP Referenced & Constant.
- Base Fuel Pressure setting.
