Friday 6:13pm: Team Haltech in Darwin!!!! Oh yeah!

Friday 5:21pm: 35km from the finish line! Car is driving really well, but that might not be a good thing. Cars always run better when they are about to die!

Friday 6:30am: The faulty oil pressure sensor that could of ended our rally. It ruptured and gave the engine bay a good coating of oil with a Bellagio water feature performance (less music). We fixed it bush mechanics style with a tube of “kneed it” and some rescue tape!

Thursday 6:50pm: Team Haltech is back in contact with the world! During our time off the radar we have had a great time, and had a near miss with a mass oil leakage problem! Car was fixed bush style and back and running. 4260km down, 550km to go!

Sunday 5.55pm: Team Haltech to the Rescue! We managed to save another shitbox today by installing our Haltech ECU in their car. We’ve retuned the engine for the faulty fuel pump and they were on their way!

Sunday 5.50pm: Team Haltech is having serious oil leakage problem! We are losing up to two litres a day! Oh well, at least under our car won’t rust!

Saturday 3.34pm: We’re getting high on petrol fumes! Who’s idea was it to carry so much fuel?

Friday 9:26pm: Ok, we made it to Brisvegas, but the car stinks like fuel. It might have something to do with us jumping a median strip! We blame Rob….

Friday 5.03pm: Only 4370km to go! Front window has a crack in it but otherwise fine:) Fixing the window would cost a quarter the value of the car!

Friday 4.40pm: We’re 230km in and just lost our drivers side window! Nothing a bit of tape and a few cables ties can’t fix!

Friday 4.28pm: We made it to the start line! Only 3600km left. Shazza (our car) is in good health, but leaking a bit. Darwin here we come!
