There was no shortage of Haltech powered cars at the Prize Fight IV held at Ohio Valley Raceway in Louisville KY.

Eric Mills recorded a new PB during the Thursday testing in his twin turbo Ford Mustang.

Eric uses Haltech’s Elite 2500 ECU with a Race Expansion Module (REM).

Nick Abele also ran a PB in his 4G63 powered Ford Mustang. Racing in MX2235, Nick won Round 1 but got eliminated in Round 2. Nick uses Elite 2500 for all his engine management duties.

In the Nitrous X class Shawn Pevlor took the No.1 spot in qualifying – Resetting the class record in the process. Shawn’s SBF Nitrous Mustang uses Elite 2500T.

Nick “Dooser” Thompson performed well in the “Shady No Time Shootout” on Friday night. Nick uses an Elite 2500 in his SBF Turbo Alcohol Mustang.

Joe Johnson came into the event with two X275 finals in the last two weeks under his belt. The car performed well in qualifying unfortunately Joe lost to Martin Connelley on Holeshot in the first round. Joe’s SBF Single Turbo Mustang uses Elite 2500T.

Martin Connelly debuted his new turbo setup and defeated Joe Jonston in Round 1 of X275.

In his first ever outing with a Haltech setup, Shannon Renfro lost in the first round due to torque convertor/transmission issues. After being eliminated from competition Shannon made a good test pass proving the car has lots of potential. Shannon’s Mustang SBF Single Turbo Mustang uses Elite 2500T.

Competing in LDR (Limited Drag Radial) Travis Essleman struggled with tire spin throughout the weekend and was not able to get a good A-B pass.
