Haltech Australia is rapidly expanding and we have an immediate opening for sales and support staff at our  Sydney office. We are seeking enthusiastic & motivated people to join the team to help us support our rapidly expanding dealer network.

Position: Sales & Technical Support
Location: Wetherill Park, Sydney, Australia

Primary Tasks involve:

• Process Sales of Haltech products
• Provide Help Desk & IT Support to customers via Phone, Email, Live Chat, etc..
• Expand Haltech dealer network by engaging and activating new dealers
• Maintain Dealer relations through regular communication
• Provide product technical support to customers

Secondary Tasks involve include:

• Assist with improvement suggestions of our product range.
• Racetrack and event support (Will include travel and weekend work)

The following skills and experience would be advantageous, but not essential:

• Industry Help Desk & IT support experience.
• Thorough understanding of both auto electrical and engine mechanical concepts.
• Ability to work as part of an enthusiastic team.
• Excellent interpersonal & customer relation skills.
• Automotive Aftermarket sales experience.
• Experience in installing, configuring, troubleshooting and tuning engine management.
• A passion for working on high-performance automotive applications.

Product training will be provided to the successful candidate as well as ongoing product tuition and sales development. This role does involve some interstate and overseas travel.
