Technical Sales Advisor Wanted – Haltech Australia


Haltech Australia is rapidly expanding and we have an immediate opening for sales and support staff at our brand new Sydney office. We are seeking enthusiastic & motivated people to join the team to help us support our rapidly expanding dealer network.

Position: Technical Sales Advisor
Location: Wetherill Park, Sydney, Australia

Primary Tasks involve:

• Process Sales of Haltech products
• Provide Sales Support and product recommendations to customers via Phone, Email, Live Chat, etc..
• Satisfy the monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for your assigned region.
• Proactively manage the sales result for the dealers in your region and develop strong working relationships through regular contact and communication
• Report on the sales activities and identify opportunities in your region on a monthly basis.
• Support the expansion of Haltech’s network by engaging and activating new dealers

Secondary Tasks involve include:

• Assist with improvement suggestions of our product range.
• Racetrack and event support (Will include travel and weekend work)

The following skills and experience would be advantageous, but not essential:

• Relationship Selling experience in Automotive or a related field
• Thorough understanding of both auto electrical and engine mechanical concepts.
• Ability to work as part of an enthusiastic team.
• Excellent interpersonal & customer relation skills.
• Track record of achieving sales targets
• Experience in installing, configuring, troubleshooting and tuning engine management.
• A passion for working on high-performance automotive applications.


Product training will be provided to the successful candidate as well as ongoing product tuition and sales development. This role does involve some interstate and overseas travel.
