Bilingual Sales and Tech Advisor Wanted – Haltech USA

Haltech USA is rapidly expanding and we have an immediate opening for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Sales and Tech Support Advisor at our USA office located in Lexington Kentucky.

Position: Bilingual Sales and Tech Advisor
Location: Lexington, Kentucky, USA

The bilingual nature of this position requires that the employee be fluent in both English and Spanish both written and verbal to generate sales and provide support to our Spanish speaking customer base around the world.

This position will require travel to markets where Spanish is the primary language. The successful applicant will have to be legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities and duties:
• Act as the main point of contact for all customer enquiries and transactions received via phone, email, live chat, web-store and walk-in counter sales
• Maintain, Grow, and Provide sales and technical support to the customer base
• Maintain an appropriate level of customer contact with assigned accounts via outbound check-ins, updates, and follow-ups to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
• Ensure all staff have adequate time to meet their various responsibilities
• Maintain proficiency in using personal computers and other office equipment and software
• Develop and maintain a high level of Haltech product knowledge and proficiency in our software
• Develop and maintain a high level of automotive performance and industry related knowledge
• Accurately gather and document data from customer suggestions, issues, bug fixes, etc.
• Organize, set up and staff promotional trade exhibitions and race events as required
• Travel as necessary to meet the requirements of the role
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Maintain professional image and conduct at all times (appropriate behavior, uniform, etc.)
• Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance
• Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other team members

Skills and Qualifications:
Fluency in both English and Spanish, Networking, Research, Motivation for Sales, Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges, Territory Management, Automotive Troubleshooting, Market Knowledge, Professionalism, CRM and Microsoft Office.
