At the SEMA show this year, we’ve unveiled two highly anticipated new products, expanding our powerful NEXUS ecosystem to new and popular platforms.

1. Nexus Rebel JZ 

Fans of Toyota’s bulletproof JZ platform have cause to celebrate, because we’re expanding our popular Rebel ECU + Harness packages to cover a range of Toyota 1J and 2J engines.

The best, quickest, and easiest way to get your Toyota JZ-swap up and running!

Designed from the ground up for the JZ engine platform, this ECU comes complete with an easy-to-install harness. Our new “Rebel JZ Set-up Wizard” in the Haltech Connect App and NSP software makes start-up a breeze, getting you running in record time.

• Wireless Connectivity: Built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth (BLE) for easy wireless tuning.

• Haltech CAN: Dedicated Haltech CAN channel for seamless integration with Haltech dashes, PDMs, and accessories.

• Onboard Datalogging: 32MB of internal memory.

Engine Control:

• Injector Outputs: Full sequential, single stage (high impedance only).

• Ignition Outputs: Full sequential, direct fire (falling edge only).

• Internal Wideband: Built-in single controller (supports Bosch LSU 4.9 only).

Inputs & Outputs (I/O):

• High Current Outputs (HCO): 4 total (3x 25-Amp outputs pre-configured for high-draw devices like your fuel pump, fan, and starter, 1x user definable)

• High Bridge Outputs (HBO): 4x fixed-function outputs for Drive-By-Wire (DBW) or IAC stepper motor control.

• Analogue Inputs (AVI): 11 total (8 fixed function, 3 user definable).

• Synchronised Inputs (SPI): 6 total (4 fixed for transmission, 2 user definable).

• Digital Pulsed Outputs (DPO): 6 total (1 fixed function, 5 user definable).

With the Nexus Rebel JZ, all the hard work is done. It is the new benchmark for JZ engine control.

2. Ti6L

The Ti6L unit allows easy control for GM’s popular 6L series of automatic transmissions. Designed as an expansion module for the NEXUS ECU and VCU range the Ti6L will be programmed via our NSP software, or Rebel LS users will be able to follow the simple set up wizard in the Haltech Connect App.
