We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Lexington, Kentucky, getting Haltech products out the door and into the hands of customers across North America.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, you will be part of a hands-on team responsible for the accurate and timely despatch of Haltech products. Your duties will include:

• Process, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time
• Receive, unload, and put away incoming material
• Light assembly and finished goods packaging
• Inspect products for defects and damage
• Load and unload tractor trailers
• Lodge and resolve lost package claims with shipping carriers
• Conduct physical inventory
• Troubleshoot errors and eliminate the cause so they do not happen again
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Contribute to the daily output of the department
• Communicate and work closely with team members inside and outside the department

ABOUT YOU

• High school diploma or GED desired
• 1+ years of inventory, shipping, and receiving experience highly preferred
• UPS WorldShip experience preferred
• NetSuite experience a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work to a daily output target
• Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team
• General automotive performance and industry-related knowledge or interest
