Haltech Usage Policy:
In many states, it is unlawful to tamper with your vehicle's emissions equipment. Haltech products are designed and sold for sanctioned off-road/competition non-emissions controlled vehicles only and may never be used on a public road or highway. Using Haltech products for street/road use on public roads or highways is prohibited by law unless a specific regulatory exemption exists (more information can be found on the SEMA Action Network website www.semasan.com/emissions for state by state details in the USA). It is the responsibility of the installer and/or user of this product to ensure compliance with all applicable local and federal laws and regulations. Please check with your local vehicle authority before purchasing, using or installing any Haltech product.

Remote Help

The Haltech Remote Help service allows our tech wizards to securely connect to your personal computer and troubleshoot Haltech-related issues right alongside you.

Just a heads up: Since a Haltech representative will be taking a peek inside your computer, you’ll be giving them the okay to tinker around with your desktop content, system settings, and/or ECU configuration. So, by requesting and accepting a remote session for us to remotely assist you with a technical-related issue, you accept responsibility for any changes made to your gear.

Also: Haltech does not assume and is not responsible for any liability for the linking and viewing of any desktop content, the operation of the Haltech software or system performance, or changes to your Haltech product settings including tune and configuration.

And remember: While our techs are top-notch, there’s no magic wand involved. This likely won’t be a one-click fix, and sometimes troubleshooting can uncover new issues. We cannot guarantee that our service will resolve your problem or that attempting to rectify your technical issue will not cause additional problems.
