IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR HALTECH LOG-IN

From today, the Haltech website is changing to an easier way to log in!

We’re moving to Single Sign-On, or SSO. This is great for you because it means a faster, easier log-in experience and increased security of your log-in details.

Plus, in the future, you’ll be able to use the one username and password for other Haltech products, like our NSP software and the Haltech Connect app. 

However, it does mean you’ll have to set a new password before you can log in.

STEP 1

Click “Login” at the top right of the screen, next to the search bar, then “Sign In”.

STEP 2

You’ll be prompted to enter your email address, so do that and click “Next”.

STEP 3

Do not enter your password – Instead, click “Forgot password”.

STEP 4

A code will be sent to your email address. Open your email and wait for that code to hit your inbox. Remember to check your Spam or Junk folder if you can’t find it.

STEP 5

Once you’ve found the email, copy the verification code, return to the Haltech website, paste it into the text box, and click “Next”.

STEP 6

Then, simply enter your preferred new password and click the reset password button. If you’re on your personal device, you can opt to stay logged in.

That’s it! You’ll be instantly logged in, and you can continue using the Haltech website as normal with your new password.
