NSP for Elite is here!
Ever since we released the NEXUS R5, people have been telling us how much they like the Nexus Software Programmer (NSP) Software.
Creature comforts like the intuitive layout, multiple display themes, and adjustable font sizes make it a nicer software package to use than our earlier Elite Software Programmer (ESP), and because of that we were often asked if you can use NSP to tune an Elite series ECU. Well, now you can!
The new Elite Firmware 3.00 makes all Elite ECUs compatible with NSP. This update covers all models of Elite ECUs: Elite 550, 750, 950, 1000, 1500, 2000 and 2500 as well as the Elite VMS. It doesn’t matter whether you bought your Elite yesterday or when it first came out, this update covers ALL Elite Series ECUs.
Best of all – the upgrade is FREE for all Elite users.

What you get with this upgrade:
• Dramatically faster connection speeds to the software
• Loop Logging for Elites and improved data logging setup
• On Board Oscilloscope for all Elites
• Trigger and home voltage readout in scope available for Elite2500/2000/1500/1000
• Individual setting password protection
Plus all the other NSP goodies like Advanced Quick-Tune, Undo/Redo on any change, and the improved layouts.
How to update your ESP to NSP on your Elite ECU:
Step 1: Download the new version of ESP here: www.haltech.com/downloads
Step 2: Install the new ESP software and go online with your Elite Series ECU.
Step 3: Under the “Tools” menu select “Update ECU for use with NSP Software”.

Alternatively, if you already have the latest software version, you can use the ESP Online portal to access the most current version of Firmware for your Elite ECU and update it.

IMPORTANT: Before updating the Firmware on your ECU always disconnect your ignition system.
